At Techcheffs, we are committed to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all participants at our events. We believe that all individuals should be treated with respect and dignity, and we do not tolerate harassment of any kind. Our anti-harassment policy covers offensive verbal comments or physical actions related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, photography or audio/video recording against reasonable consent, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome attention.

We expect all participants to respect the rules and policies of the venue where the event is taking place. If you experience or witness harassment or have any concerns, please report it immediately to a member of the Techcheffs team. We take all reports of harassment seriously and will investigate them thoroughly. If a participant engages in harassing behavior, we may take any action deemed appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the event with no refund (if applicable).
